Art. 10.° Créase el empleo de Jefe de los Resguardos de las Salinas en el Estado de Boyacá, cn el sueldo anual de $ 960. Dicho empleado tendrá su residencia ordinaria en la Salina de Chita, pero deberá visitar por sí mismo, con la frecuencia posible, las demas Salinas Administradas en aquel Estado; cuidará de relevar las Secciones de Resguardo que se destinen á cada una de ellas, y de hacer invigilar las Salinas no explotadas con visitas extraordinarias.
