Artículo décimo. El aislamiento que obliga a los enfermos de la clase c) podrá cumplirse en el propio domicilio del enfermo cuando se demuestre a satisfacción de la autoridad sanitaria que está en capacidad de cumplir los reglamentos y que dispone de recursos suficientes para atender a los gastos de subsistencia, atención médica y tratamiento.
