º . Tasa de interés en devoluciones . De conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 863 y 864 del Estatuto Tributado y con base en la certificación expedida por el Banco de la República, la tasa de interés que regirá en materia de Devoluciones, entre el 1º de abril de 2001 y el 30 de junio de 2001, será del veinte punto cero uno por ciento (20.01%) anual.
