Artículo segundo . Los gastos señalados por este Decreto se imputarán al Presupuesto Nacional vigente, así: al artículo 507, capítulo 78, $ 540 mensuales; al artículo 508, capítulo 78, $ 285 mensuales, y se reconoce con cargo al artículo 505, la suma de $ 450, valor de los sueldos del personal de la Unidad Sanitaria de Barrancabermeja durante el mes de enero.
