Artículo primero. Apruébase el Acuerdo número 015 de abril 8 de 1975 emanado de la Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de Energía Eléctrica "ICEL", cuyo texto es el siguiente: "ACUERDO NUMERO 015 DE 1975 (abril 8) por el cual se aprueba una modificación a la planta de personal del Instituto Colombiano de Energía Eléctrica "ICEL" aprobada por el Acuerdo número 002 del 24 de enero de 1974 y el Decreto número 267 de febrero 20 de 1974. La Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de Energía Eléctrica "ICEL" en uso de sus facultades legales y estatutarias, ACUERDA:
