º . Sesiones. El Consejo Directivo se reunirá ordinariamente en el último mes de cada trimestre del año calendario, previa convocatoria del Secretario y extraordinariamente cada vez que sea convocado por su Presidente o por el servidor público con funciones de gerente del Fondo, a iniciativa propia o por solicitud del órgano de control o de dos (2) de sus miembros. Las citaciones a las reuniones ordinarias se harán a través de la Secretaría del Consejo Directivo, con una antelación mínima de tres (3) días comunes, por cualquier medio.
