Las naves, vehículos y aeronaves en una vez podrán embarcar o desembarcar carga o pasajeros en los días y durante las horas de trabajo, en cualquier momento después de habérseles dado el permiso correspondiente de acuerdo con la ley. Podrán asimismo embarcar y desembarcar carga y pasajeros en domingos y días festivos, y en horas distintas de las de trabajo, cuando ello no esté prohibido por otras leyes.
