En todo caso, antes de modificar la licencia de funcionamiento, según el artículo anterior, será necesario actualizar la totalidad de los documentos que este Decreto exige para su expedición inicial. El Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito verificará la calificación de la empresa de acuerdo con lo establecido en el presente estatuto. Este trámite se aplicará igualmente a las cooperativas.
