Art. 2° Los habilitados de los cuerpos solicitarán al fin de cada mes, de la Secretaría de Guerra i Marina, la legalización de todos los gastos que pajen por anticipado, acompañando a duplicada los vales, li presupuestos, cuentas para que comprueben la inversión de fondos.
