° Las remuneraciones del Superintendente Bancario, del Primer Delegado y del Segundo Delegado, a partir del 1° de enero de 1951, serán de mil ochocientos pesos ($ 1.800.00), mil seiscientos cincuenta pesos ($ 1.650.00), y mil cuatrocientos cincuenta pesos ($ 1.450.00) mensuales, respectivamente. Las de los demás empleados de la Superintendencia, serán fijadas como lo prevé el artículo 20 de la Ley 45 de 1923 sin sujeción a los límites indicados en dicho precepto, pero con la aprobación del Gobierno.
