° La Jefatura de Rentas e Impuestos .Nacionales, a petición de las compañías, puede permitir se sustituya el informe de que habla el artículo 2° del Decreto 1870 de 1937 por cuadros sintéticos. Las empresas pondrán sus libros a disposición de los empleados de las Recaudaciones de Hacienda Nacional, con el fin de que se verifique la exactitud de los cuadros.
