º . Dirección del Fondo. La dirección y control del Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía estará a cargo del Ministerio de Salud a través de la Dirección General de Gestión Financiera, sin perjuicio de las funciones de control asignadas a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud. El Consejo Nacional de Seguridad Social en Salud hará las veces de Consejo de Administración del Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía.
