º. Quedan prohibidos la venta, transporte y expendio para el consumo humanos los residuos del beneficio del café, conocidos con le nombre de "ripios" y "granos negros". La infracción de lo dispuesto con el presente artículo será penada con el decomiso del residuo y con multa hasta de $500 que impondrá el Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y previsión social.
