º Los gastos que demande la ejecución de este Decreto, en lo que a personal se refiere, se imputarán al capítulo 62, artículo 675, del Presupuesto vigente, y los gastos de alumbrado, al artículo 674 del mismo capítulo. Artículo 3º Las estafetas postales que funcionen en las poblaciones antes mencionadas, continuarán prestando servicio hasta el día en que se abran las Oficinas Postales y Telegráficas que por el presente Decreto se crean. Comuníquese y publíquese.
