º . Inventarios . Previo a la firma del contrato de transferencia, el Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, deberá elaborar y presentar ante el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público un inventario pormenorizado de activos con sus respectivos soportes, garantías y avales a que haya lugar, el cual deberá estar debidamente certificado por el revisor fiscal. De todas maneras, a la fecha de la firma del contrato previsto en el artículo 3º del presente Decreto, se deberá adjuntar una relación de los saldos de activos y pasivos, certificado por el revisor fiscal.
