Art. 285. El auto que se señale día y hora para la celebración del juicio se notificará á los Jueces de hecho y á las partes.

Además, ese señalamiento se hará saber al público por medio de carteles fijados en los lugares más concurridos. A esta notificación es aplicable lo dispuesto en el artículo 282.
