º. El registro o licencia de importación deberá estar vigente al momento de obtener el levante y la certificación expedida por el Incomex deberá identificar plenamente la mercancía objeto de embarque parcial, la cual a su vez debe coincidir con la descripción de las mercancías efectuada en la declaración de importación. La información a que se refiere el artículo anterior deberá ser aportada en la inspección aduanera cuando hubiere lugar a ella para obtener el levante de las mercancías, incluso tratándose de aquellas que a la entrada en vigencia de este Decreto no hayan obtenido tal autorización.
