Artículo primero. Crease el Comité de Aguas del Departamento de la Guajira, integrado por las siguientes entidades públicas

Departamento Nacional de Planeación.

Instituto Nacional de los Recursos Naturales Renovables y del Ambiente, INDERENA.

Instituto Colombiano de Hidrología, Meteorología y Adecuación de Tierras, HIMAT.

Instituto de Investigaciones Geológico-Mineras, INGEOMINAS.

Instituto de Fomento Municipal, INSFOPAL.

Aprovechamiento de Aguas para la Guajira, PROAGUAS.

Parágrafo

Cada una de las entidades mencionadas designará un delegado permanente al Comité.
