Prima de Actividad. Los Agentes de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo, tendrán derecho a una Prima de Actividad que será del treinta por ciento (30%) del sueldo básico y se aumentará en un cinco por ciento ( 5% ) por cada cinco (5) años de servicio cumplidos, sin que sobrepase el cuarenta y cinco por ciento (45%),
