Art. 2.° Ábrense al Poder Ejecutivo con arreglo al cuadro marcado con la letra G para gravar la cuenta general del Tesoro con los gastos que se causen durante la vigencia económica de 1882 á 1883 en servicio de los diferentes Departamentos administrativos, créditos contra el Tesoro de la Union, hasta la concurrencia de once millones trescientos cincuenta y dos mil seiscientos diez y ocho pesos diez centavos ($ 11.352,618-10), segun el siguiente pormenor:
