º. Ampliación de la vigencia de los subsidios familiares asignados en 2002. La ampliación de la vigencia aplicará a los subsidios asignados en virtud del Decreto 2488 de 2002, cuyo vencimiento opere el 30 de junio de 2003 y para el efecto no requerirán haber suscrito la promesa de compraventa a que hacen referencia el artículo 13 del Decreto 2620 de 2000, modificado por el artículo 2º del Decreto 1585 de 2001 y el artículo 5º del Decreto 2488 de 2002.
