Declaración y efectos . La disponibilidad será declarada mediante Resolución Ministerial y produce la vacancia del cargo. En dicha resolución deberá indicarse la fecha en la cual el funcionario deberá reintegrarse al servicio. El tiempo transcurrido en situación de disponibilidad no se computará para efecto de prestaciones sociales, frecuencia de lapsos de alternación o tiempo de permanencia en una categoría del escalafón de la Carrera y no causa durante tal período obligación alguna del Ministerio frente al sistema integral de seguridad social.
