Las propuestas para contratar la exploración y explotación de petróleo que versen íntegramente sobre terrenos respecto de los cuales se haya definido a favor de la Nación el dominio del petróleo, ya por haberse fallado a su favor el juicio ordinario de que tratan los artículos 34 y 36 ya por haber transcurrido los términos que para el efecto señalan dichos artículos sin que los interesados hubieran iniciado dicho juicio ordinario, no requerirán, una vez admitidas, las publicaciones y emplazamientos de que tratan los artículos 34 y 172, y respecto de tales propuestas no se admitirán oposiciones.
