Sistema. Para el modo de transporte marítimo el sistema tarifario a aplicar es de la libertad controlada. En consecuencia, no obstante lo establecido en el presente título, Dimar podrá en cualquier momento revisar las tarifas y fletes registrados para el transporte marítimo y señalar, mediante resolución motivada, las modificaciones que se originen en el cambio fundamental de las circunstancias con base en las cuales se realizó su registro.
