º PRIMA DE CLIMA . Los funcionarios del Instituto Nacional Peniteciario y Carcelario, Inpec, que laboran en los establecimientos carcelarios mencionados en el Decreto 1421 de 1975, tendrán derecho a que se les pague una prima de clima, que no constituye factor de salario, equivalente al veinte por ciento (20%) del sueldo básico que devenguen. Esta prima será cancelada mensualmente.
