Vigencia. El presente decreto rige a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial.

Parágrafo

Las medidas previstas en el artículo 2° y las sanciones correspondientes conforme al 4 del Decreto número 170 de 2026, respecto de las mercancías clasificadas en las subpartidas 1006101000; 1006109000; 1006200000; 1006300010; 1006300090; 1006400000, cesaran su vigencia 45 días comunes después de la publicación del presente decreto, en cumplimiento de lo previsto en el parágrafo 2° del artículo 2° de la Ley 1609 de 2013.
