A la muerte de un Alférez, guardiamarina, pilotín o alumno de la Escuela de Formación de Oficiales y Suboficiales, en actividades relacionadas con su preparación militar o del servicio, sus beneficiarios en el orden determinado por este Decreto, tendrán derecho a que por el Tesoro Público se les pague una indemnización igual a doce (12) meses del sueldo básico correspondiente a los grados previstos en el artículo precedente.
