Art. 4 ° Al partir del día 1.° de Agosto próximo todo individuo, salvo las excepciones de la ley, está en el deber de denunciar á la autoridad política del distrito la existencia de cualquiera de los objetos supracitados. El denunciante tendrá derecho á una gratificación de $ 10 a $ 100, á juicio de la Comisión de que trata el artículo 3°, la cual se pagará cuando se perciba y califique de propiedad pública la cosa denunciada. El pago se hará por el Gobierno de la entidad política á que pertenezca el objeto recobrado.
