Remuneración del trabajo en sistema por turnos. De conformidad con lo señalado en Decreto Ley 1042 de 1978, los empleados públicos que trabajen por el sistema por turnos en jornadas mixtas, es decir, cuando labores se desarrollen habitual y permanentemente en jornadas que incluyan horas diurnas y nocturnas, tendrán derecho a que la parte tiempo laborado durante estas últimas se remunere con un recargo del treinta y cinco por ciento (35%) Quienes deban trabajar en jornada nocturna tendrán derecho a recibir un recargo del treinta y cinco por ciento (35%) sobre el valor de la asignación mensual.
