°. Modificar . Modifíquese el artículo 6° del Decreto número 1239 de 2003 de la Comisión Nacional Intersectorial de Migraciones, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 6°. Invitados a la Comisión Nacional Intersectorial de Migraciones . La Comisión Nacional Intersectorial de Migraciones, a través de su Secretaría Técnica podrá invitar a sus sesiones a representantes de otras entidades públicas y/o del sector privado, cuando los temas a tratar en el orden del día requieran de su participación. En todo caso, estos representantes contarán con voz, pero no tendrán voto en las decisiones que tome la Comisión.
