ARTICULO 3.1.6.3.1 .- DEFINICION. Entiéndese por seguros de ahorro con participación, aquellos contratos en los cuales la compañía aseguradora se obliga a retornar al asegurado no menos del setenta por ciento (70 %) de la utilidad originada en la inversión de sus reservas matemáticas y técnicas, determinada en la forma prevista en el artículo siguiente.
