Artículo primero. La Corporación Financiera del Transporte pagará a partir del once (11) de octubre de 1980, un subsidio mensual a los propietarios de buses vinculados a empresas de transporte que presten regular y exclusivamente el servicio de transporte público colectivo urbano, por modelos que se señalan en la tabla siguiente: I 1959 y anteriores $ 24.S17 II 1960- 1964 25.811 III 1965 -1969 26.687 IV 1970-1973 30.443 V 1974 y posteriores
