Repealed

Control excepcional. Cuando a través de las Comisiones Constitucionales Permanentes del Congreso se solicite a la Contraloría General de la República, ejercer el control excepcional de las investigaciones que se estén adelantando por el ente de control fiscal del nivel territorial correspondiente, quien así lo solicitare deberá:

1. Presentar un informe previo y detallado en el cual sustente las razones que fundamentan la solicitud.

2. La solicitud debe ser aprobada por la mayoría absoluta de la Comisión Constitucional a la cual pertenece.

Parágrafo. Si la solicitud fuere negada esta no podrá volver a presentarse hasta pasado un año de la misma. Vigente desde: 12/07/2011 y hasta el: 15/03/2020
