Artículo once. La devolución de las sumas cobradas en exceso por concepto de rentas y reintegros por errores de liquidación, se pagarán por la Gerencia de Rentas, con cargo al presupuesto de gastos de las mismas rentas, y se hará conforme a la reglamentación que dicte el Gobierno, en desarrollo del artículo 49 de la Ordenanza 5ª de 1946.
