Artículo cincuenta y ocho. Cuando la Corte aceptare como justificadas alguna o algunas de las causales propuestas, procederá así: 1º Si la causal aceptada fuere la primera o la segunda, casará el fallo y dictará el que deba reemplazarlo; 2º Si la causal aceptada fuere la tercera, devolverá el proceso, por conducto del Tribunal, al Juzgado de origen para que se convoque a nuevo Jurado. 3º Si la causal aceptada fuere la cuarta, declarará en qué estado queda el proceso y dispondrá que se envíe al Tribunal de origen para que proceda con arreglo a lo resuelto por la Corte.
