Aceptar a partir de la fecha, la renuncia presentada por la señora VIVIAN ARISTIZÁBAL CALERO, identificada con la cédula de ciudadanía No. 31.279.073, al cargo de Notaria Décima (10) del Círculo Notarial de Cali - Valle del Cauca, de conformidad con lo expuesto en la parte motiva de este decreto.
La señora VIVIAN ARISTIZÁBAL CALERO no podrá separarse del desempeño de sus funciones mientras no se haya hecho cargo de ellas quien deba remplazarla.
