Validez profesional de grados militares. Los prados que el Gobierno Nacional otorgue a los Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares, a partir del de Capitán o Teniente de Navío, habilitarán a quienes los posean para el desempeño de funciones públicas en cargos administrativos, que de acuerdo con las correspondientes disposiciones orgánicas o estatutarias, exijan acreditar un titulo profesional.
