A las importaciones de vehículos originarios y provenientes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos con características distintas a las señaladas en el artículo anterior, que se clasifican por las subpartidas 8701.20.00.00, 8702.10.90.00, 8702.90.99.00, 8704.22.00.00, 8704.32.00.00 y 8704.90.00.90, se les continuará aplicando el gravamen ad valorem indicado para cada una de ellas en el Decreto 1269 de 2001.
