º. Para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el

Parágrafo

del artículo 2º. de la ley que el presente Decreto reglamenta, las Cajas de Previsión Seccionales o las entidades que hagan sus veces procederán a dictar las normas necesarias para la constitución de las garantías que aseguran a os beneficiarios de las prestaciones sociales de que trata dicho artículo, su pago completo y oportuno.
