Art. 5.° La cuenta de emision por conversion se dividirá en tantas clases cuantos son los diversos documentos de crédito convertibles, debiéndose abrir por separado un libro de emision para cada una de estas clases, i sin permitir en ningun caso que se mezclen ni los libros, ni las cuentas, ni los documentos.
