º A partir del 1º de enero de 1984 y de acuerdo con la reglamentación que el Director General del Instituto Nacional del Transporte expedirá, los buses de modelos 1978 y posteriores serán retirados del programa del subsidio. Para seguir prestando el servicio, los respectivos vehículos deberán adoptar los colores y distintivos del servicio transporte sin subsidio TSS., reglamentados por la Resolución número 342 de 1982, del Instituto Nacional del Transporte.
