°. Modifíquese el artículo 36 del Decreto 1686 de 2012, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 36. Sistema de aseguramiento y control de calidad. Los establecimientos donde se fabriquen, elaboren, hidraten y envasen bebidas alcohólicas, deben contar con un sistema de control y aseguramiento de calidad, el cual debe ser esencialmente preventivo y cubrir todas las etapas desde la obtención de materias primas e insumos hasta la distribución y venta de productos terminados.

Parágrafo

Los establecimientos donde se fabriquen bebidas alcohólicas deben contar con un responsable para el manejo del Sistema de Aseguramiento y Control de Calidad.”
