ARTICULO 2.3.2.16.- INSCRIPCION DEL NOMBRAMIENTO DEL REPRESENTANTE DE LOS TITULARES DE ACCIONES CON DIVIDENDO PREFERENCIAL Y DE SUS FACULTADES. El nombramiento del representante de los accionistas con dividendo preferencial sin derecho de voto deberá inscribirse en la Cámara de Comercio del domicilio principal de la sociedad. El representante de los accionistas sin derecho de voto podrá concurrir a las asambleas generales de accionistas con voz pero sin derecho de voto. Dicho representante podrá, siguiendo las instrucciones de la asamblea de accionistas sin derecho de voto, ejercer, en nombre y representación de la sociedad, las acciones previstas por el artículo 200 del Código de Comercio contra los administradores y revisores fiscales de la sociedad.
