° Facúltase a los Comandantes el Ejército, La Armada y la Fuerza Aérea para adelantar los cursos correspondientes a las especialidades de combate y determinar las modalidades dentro de los cuales se desarrollarán, previa aprobación de las respectivas Directivas por parte del Comando de las Fuerzas Militares.
