Mientras se encuentre vigente un permiso de estudios no podrá concederse otro de la misma naturaleza, a menos que se refiera a aplicaciones o utilizaciones distintas de las que pretenda el titular, ni otorgarse a terceros el uso del recurso materia del permiso. CAPÍTULO IV Concesiones.
