Art. 2° Los Abogados Secretarios tendrán, además-de las funciones hasta ahora señaladas á estos empleados, la de velar porque se cumpla el Reglamento que organiza las Comisiones, á fin de que todo se haga ordenadamente, y de procurar la mayor actividad en los trabajos de demarcación, sobre todo lo cual deberán dar informes mensuales al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
