Art. 6.° El ejercicio de la ciudadanía se suspende por las causas siguientes judicialmente declaradas:

1º Por notoria enajenación mental;

2º Por interdicción judicial;

3º Por beodez habitual;

4º Por causa criminal pendiente, desde que el Juez dicte auto de prisión.
