Capacitación. Los organismos y entidades públicas que están dentro del campo de aplicación del presente decreto, deberán incluir dentro de los Planes Institucionales de Capacitación la realización de programas y talleres dirigidos a impartir formación a los servidores públicos en materia de negociación colectiva.
