Art. 393. Todo buque deberá estar provisto, o proveerse en el puerto, de las anclas, cables, cadenas i demas utiles necesarios para conservarse en el lugar del fondeadero. El Capitan del buque que carezca de dichos útiles, pagará los danos qñe por tal circunstancia se causen a los demás buques anclados en la misma bahía.
