° El Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos no permitirá que por las líneas cablegráficas o radiotelegráficas se transmitan informaciones o noticias de la índole a que se refiere la prohibición contenida en el artículo 1°. Para dar curso a tales despachos, dicho Ministerio pedirá el concepto a la Se4cción Civil del Ministerio de Guerra.
